he destroyed my Ural after I asked if he needed a ride anywhere then proceeded to laugh and talk in another language

 

I cant get any now server reset and are still down and is someone I told in the chat a witness

 

I have a screenshot of his name and people in the server

 

ok thank you for the help and if I start a petition can we get all vehicles that are not within like 30 feet of a player made structure destroyed or all vehicles destroyed
