Well, not long after someone came by to finish the job. When I told him I was reporting him, he accused me of a litany of things I did not do. I did get this charming screenshot of him gleefully disassembling what remained of my base. Asked him to stop numerous times, happily went on destroying. Base is toast. Thanks Frosterix. There are no admins on PVE 1 when this stuff happens.
