Can a player makes a base for him? Well in the rules its only for groups, but I see lots of bases claimed by a single person.
Every player starts off in a group by himself in Unturned. A group of one. You can invite others to your group if they leave theirs or you can join others' groups if you leave yours. In any case you may only belong to one group at any time. Moving between groups to exceed vehicle or storage limits is prohibited. When you change groups everything you own or built while in the old group must be removed.
