Well, what server is this? Secondly, that note appears to be incoherent nonsense. Google translate can't pull up what it is. If you want to report this (you're on a PvE server I'm guessing) you... can? But you need a name and a SteamID, and if you don't have a name it's up to staff if they want to help you rebuild.
