I would suspect that it's one of the forum members here who have been giving me all of the negative votes on my posts. Talos, skyfrost360, xXSunshineXx, Danielor Dan or one of handful of other trolls. We know that, with few exceptions, the signs changed or placed are not from the base owners but from griefers.
